COURSE PROPOSAL: The dynamic and competitive context of this market requires a more qualified and specialized training of professionals working in this segment. The course offers training in technical knowledge of the retail operation as well as skills related to the planning and management of the commercial area in organizations of the most varied sizes and segments. Therefore, it contemplates disciplines aimed at the development and exercise of leadership; the study of economic scenarios, markets and consumers; commercial and sales planning; commercial and sales management and, in addition to the financial aspects related to commercial management.
COURSE OBJECTIVE: To train professionals for modern administrative and marketing management, providing the formulation of concepts and the use of tools for the management decision-making process in the marketing and administrative area, with a strategic view of business in a globalized world. It also aims to prepare professionals and business leaders to assume leadership positions in the commercial and sales area, through the development of specific skills, in order to make the exercise of efficient and effective organizational management possible and contribute to the increase of business competitiveness.
